Job description	: Position: Assistance Manager – International Taxation Reports to: Manager - International Taxation Base location: Bangalore Job Description: International Taxation ➢ Preparation of Transfer Pricing study report from the standpoint of Global Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines. ➢ Updating entities about recent developments and amendments in Transfer Pricing. Assisting Countries in preparing Transfer Policy & completing TP Audit, ETC.. ➢ Compiling and preparation of details/working required by Transfer Pricing Auditors for TP Audit. ➢ Preparation of submission in relation to Transfer pricing assessments to be made before Transfer Pricing officer. Preparation of CbyC filing & Master filing. Behavioral competencies: ➢ Self-starter, who can lead initiatives with little guidance ➢ Analytical ability, Presentation Skills and Strong Time Management skills ➢Time Management skills. ➢ Quick learner and able to grasp business knowledge.
