| Job description | : Job Description – AR Techs Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: · Is primarily responsible for making calls to insurance companies and resolving claims based on the information obtained. · Is responsible for bringing in efficiency to his process by identifying quicker ways to work through a claim. · Is responsible for completion of the target assigned to him. · Is responsible for optimum quality of his deliverables. · Is responsible to furnish/share any intelligence obtained on calls with his team mates and supervisors. · Is responsible to adhere and maintain SLA at all times. · Is responsible to identify and escalated any foreseen challenges/issues. Job Specifications · Should possess basic computer skills. · Should be fluent in spoken and written English. · Should be able to comprehend when communicating with others. · Should be punctual. · Should be able to meet deadlines provided.
