Job description | : Dear Candidate, We had an opportunity as Customer Service Executive - Mumbai 1: Arranging For Delivery Order & Freight Booking 2: Co-ordination with Shipping line inorder to get booking released. 3: Co-coordinating with Agent for transshipment Vessel loading . 4: Taking haz approval from Shipping Line before placing booking. 5: Arranging Vessel Planning for loading. 6: Checking inventory status with Logistics Dept. 7: Sending delivery order to Shipper with Vsl Details ,cut off time, filing SI. 8: Co-ordinating with Operation team for container planning on vessel 9: Arranging Via permission if require from Vessel Operator 10: Co-ordinating with Vessel Operator for smooth loading of container 11: Sending Shipped on Board messages to Shipper 12: Make sure to get smooth release of bill of lading 13: Checking delivery status with Agent. 14: Co-ordination with overseas agents for their Nomination shipments & other related shipment details & issues 15: Doing B/L In Inttra & Online. 16: Verifying HBL /MBL as per s/bill, measurement, CLP etc for all FCL, console B/L’S.
