Job description	: Manager – Internal Audit Location: Bangalore 1) Qualified chartered accountant with experience of 7 – 10 years. 2) Preference for Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from IIA. 3) Candidate who can help the “group internal audit” in driving change. Candidate should be able to demonstrate sustainable & long-term change that he has made as a professional. - What control changes has the candidate brought about with examples. - What leakages has the candidate identified with examples. - Experience in handling fraud. 4) Should have had exposure to working in an ERP environment. 5) Computer savvy. Ability to undertake complex data analytics. - What data analytic tools has the candidate used? - How has the candidate leveraged analytics in internal auditing? 6) Require presentation skills. - What kind of presentations has the candidate made to business heads? 7) Proven know how for “root cause analysis”. Candidate should be able to demonstrate the “changes” that he/she has brought about through such analysis. - Would like to see some experience in this. Candidate should be able to give live examples. 8) Should be a person who likes working with teams. Work profile will involve teamwork with outsourced auditors & in-house stakeholders. - Like to see examples of teams that the candidate has worked in or handled. 9) Communication skills critical. Work profile will involve extensive communication with stakeholders within the company. Should have qualities of collaborating with business. Co-ordination with external firms. - Like to see example of the kind of audit issues that the candidate has been able to convince business. 10) Should be amenable to extensive travel (to Africa). Candidate should be able to present his audit work with respect to at least 6 assignments & give a live demo presentation on the above points.
