| Job description | : Job Description – BI Associate Designation: BI Associate Department: RCM Reporting Structure: Manager Position Based Out of: Mumbai Working Hours: 24/7 (Primarily Night Shift) Job Description Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: · Candidate must have strong inclination towards numbers, excel spreadsheets, formulae, queries and S/W applications. · Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. · Will be responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports. · Need to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-processes for the entire process. · Analyze the data/reports from various sources and provide inputs. · Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements. Job Specifications · Candidate should possess good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel. · Must have 2 years of RCM experience (Provider side). · Good analytical skills. · Well-organized and highly efficient with a keen eye for detail. · Should be able to work effectively with diverse group of people. · Candidates working in Medical Billing companies are preferred. General Requirement · Excellent Communication Skills. · Should be an absolute go-getter willing to go the extra mile all the time. · Should be very process and data driven. Education Candidate should be Graduate with 5+ years of experience in RCM and minimum 18 months are a Team Leader.
