| Job description | : Head –HR ( Depending upon experience ) Mumbai Basic : Graduation - Any Discipline Professional : MLS / MBA / Dip-HR ( HR Specialization ) Reporting to : Director on Board • Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR climate. • Effective implementation of various HR system / sub – systems and mechanisms. • Develop organization responsive to changing environment by keeping employees, motivated, innovative and committed. • Compensation, Assessment & Standardization / Payroll Processing • Performance Management Systems ( PMS ) • Organization Intervention • Recruitment, Retention, Selection & Induction. • Training & Development including ISO • Employee Relations & statutory compliance • Employee Engagement Activities across the organization • Oversee warehouse and Branches from HR perspective • General administration issues of the Group to improve overall efficiency and functioning of the company.
