Job Profile ( Key Result Areas ) • Employee Relations across the organization • Statutory Compliances at Warehouses, HO and Branches • Warehouse / Pan India Branches HR Management • HR module implementation at these locations • Contract Labour Management on Pan India Basis 8. Past Experience ( please state if requirement is of specific background / area / company – Indian or Multi-national ) Background & Exp Preferred Co’s Predominantly worked in Logistic company handling Contract Labour Management / Employee Relations & Statutory Compliances –preferred Profile / 8-10 years in HR Generalist Profile with special reference to IR and warehouse related contract Labour Issues Medium Indian Cos with strong outlook of Compliance Management across branches and warehouse 9.
