| Job description | : SKILLS Any graduate Passport – should be ready to travel for ship support Microsoft certifications – 2008/2012. 4-5 year’s system administration experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Good Strong Desktop Support Experience. Experience on SCCM, Windows 10 image Deployment, PXE Boot and application deployment using SCCM. Should be well versed with supporting Windows 10 and office 365 issues on Desktops and Laptops. strong troubleshooting skills on desktops, laptops, basic network diagnostics, WIFI and RDS. Should be able to provide support for Iphone,Ipad and mobile device. Hands on experience on Windows Server environment (Server 2008 and 2012) Knowledge of Exchange and VMware environment. (Exchange 2010/2013 + SCCM 2012) Knowledge of backups tools – DPM Knowledge of LAN/WAN network setup. Confident communications skills. Verbal as well as written. |
