Job description | : Induct and train the new hires and existing employees. Understand the significance of the culture of the organization. Enforcing language and cultural protocols. Awareness of the organizational policies. Ensure the trainees adherence to culture and policies. Reinforcing culture and values through personal/group interactions and/or activities. Manage training and development at the corporate level. Identifying training needs at each level in the organization. Being a part of IJPs and IJTs within the organization. Planning, Organizing and Strategizing for the l&D programmes. Preparation of training calenders. Identifying skill sets related to various LOBs through various methods. Add Skill set enhancement programmes for various level. Understanding of various methodologies for imparting training. Developing a method for evaluating programs /Feedback. Flexible with any shifts(day and night) Candidates from BPO and KPO preferred |
