| Job description | : Position: General Manager-Marketing (Industrial Gases) Job Location : Hospet, North Karnataka Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) with MBA (Marketing)- Preferred. Preferred years of Experience: 20-25 Years Probable CTC Range: Should not a be bar for a right candidate Roles & Responsibilities: · A desired candidate should be preferably from South India having geographical knowledge of South India & the Customer base, so that he can add value to the existing business. · Scouting the new business potential for the business modules from the contacts, websites, conducting market survey and by any other means of sources. Explore new business opportunities. · Explore new technology to improve operational efficiency, create annual business plan, define and manage annual budgets. · Identifying growth and profitability drivers to define the business zone. · Initiate and lead product promotion activities. · Forecasting the possible business growth for the next five years. · Run on effective supply chain to ensure the product movement in cost efficient manner. · Coordinating with production & Dispatch department for timely execution of gas cylinders. · Preparing tender documents & with a specific purpose & attending tender openings. · Coordinating with Manager- dispatch to maintain good CTR of group gas division. · Coordinating with Sales Managers of different existing depots for proposing new depots, which can enhance business plan.
