| Job description | : Responsibilities: · Preparing dispatch file and forwarding to Operations team. · Tracking Shipments with respective Post offices and Clients in the event of difficulties in delivery of Shipments. · Prepare Daily Status Report of Domestic Shipments. · Contact Consignees to confirm receipt of shipments. · Coordinate pick-up with Transport team. · Maintaining PODs of shipments. · Scrutiny of Invoices before dispatching to clients with supporting documents. · Customer servicing to resolve issues relating to shipments or invoices. · Follow-up on payment outstanding. Candidates must be graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in Domestic movements both surface and air, handling moderate to high daily volume. High level of Coordination, Customer Servicing and Monitoring skills are essential in addition to follow-up skills on payment outstanding.
