Maintenance of Cranes, Hoists Compressors, Mixers, & Sand Plant Unit. Efforts for Reduction Break down Hours. Knowledge of erection & commissioning of new machines Knowledge of Cold box & Fettling equipment maintenance Knowledge of Spares inventory, OEE & Safety in Foundry. Knowledge of overall equipment effectiveness Experience in NoBake Moulding. Experience in Cold box for Cylinder Head & Block. Production of Quality castings including Core Making. Mould Making. Melting. Fettling. Various types of sand used for making core & Moulds . Production of good Castings by adapting right process. Reduction of Rejections. Rejection analysis and their rectification Monthly targets and their achievement Improvement of Productivity and Quality |
