Job description : Finance & Accounts • Responsible for the overall finance function of the CFS. • Billing and customer collections. Ensure approved Credit policies are implemented and followed at the location. • Ensure all internal controls with respect to financial transactions and accounting are implemented strictly at the location. • Manage, guide and develop the accounting team of the location. • To ensure the approved Authority delegation matrix is being followed for all transactions, claims, discounts, waivers, customer credits and commercials approvals. • To ensure all the payments / contracts are as duly authorized by positions as mentioned in Authority Matrix. • Ensure statutory obligations are met. • Work along with the business heads in monitoring the customer wise / product wise profitability • Managing & Monitoring Cash Flow, Debt servicing. • To implement the suggestions of Auditors for overall improvement of the working. • Preparation of financials monthly and annual and presentation to the board and the management MIS • Timely preparation and presentation of MIS – Monthly Profit & Loss A/c. & other MIS. • Making analysis of the MIS and suggest the measures to be taken for overall improvement in Financial Management with special thrust on cost reduction & optimization of Financial resources. Audit • Timely and efficient audit, which includes Monthly, Statutory & Tax Audit. • Discussing report with auditor, preparing action taken report & ensuring its compliance for all locations of the company General • Ensuring Proper filing of Documents / Audit File. • To maintain & improve interpersonal relationship within & outside the Department. • To build team spirit & motivate team members for their optimum output. • To identify areas of cost reduction and carry out all functions in cost effective manner. • Organise system of department wise meetings with a strong focus on review of performance and address issues and problems faced by the concerned department. • As a Manager to carry out such jobs and other connected or incidental jobs, which are necessary due to exigencies of companies work and business requirements. Also to carry out such jobs those are within capabilities and / or work in any other post which may be temporarily assigned. System • Oversee implementation and smooth functioning of systems. • Following laid down systems, Manuals & SOPs of the Company. • To co-ordinate with system administrator for any software related issues.
