Job description | : Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) - - Management reporting- Responsible for preparation of Management Information System and report to ensure business is operating efficiently and effectively - Improve reporting and add value to the business - Drive business plan across the organization to ensure the key performance indicators are captured and reviewed - Drive process improvements in finance processes - Automation of Business Plan, Management information reporting - Benchmarking of costs, NSR and EBITDA to add value to the business "" Contribution to the Annual reports for the business sections - Building business models for long term projections for business plan, rating agencies etc , Critical Tasks - -Business Analysis - NSR- OEM, Retail and Exports, Segment wise NSR, incremental NSR for value added products Costs- Plan Vs Actuals, Variance analysis of Key performance indices -Production Analysis- Analysis of production variances Inventory Analysis - Actuals vs Norms -Stores & Spares & outsourced costs- Department wise analysis, frequent usage "" Automate the daily MIS, Weekly MIS, Monthly and quarterly reporting - Design and report analysis pack for Management to ensure key business deviations and inefficiencies are highlighted for corrective action - Steel Industry review- Global production, demand, forecasts Indian Production, demand and forecasts Steel Pricing Commodity prices movement Analysis of global and Indian pricing - To Continuous Automate the financing reporting, MIS and Business Planning exercise through tools like Business Planning and Consolidation ( BPC) I Hyperion to ensure that more ofthe team time is spent on analysis and add value to business -To Business analytics & Dashboard for improving reporting and add value to the business by way of being critical interface between business -To Automate the preparation of cost audit reports -To Building long term business models for rating agencie -To Conceptualise, design and prepare contents for the Annual report and Integrated reporting - To be finalised by end of May of every year -Decision making authority (Decisions expected) -To Control over costs for escalation to senior management -To Evaluation of key performance indices |
