| Job description | : Position: Dy Manager /Asst Manager Production Location: Solapur (Chincholi plant) JOB description Key Deliverables - - Plant and achieve monthly Production Budget - To schedule production processes as per requirements of final product. - To ensure availability of raw material, machines & manpower. - Ensure final products are conforming to the customer requirements. - Constantly look for ways for improvements in processes. - Impart SOP/ Safety related training. Technical Competencies: - Should be able to manage overall activities of Production Dept. - Must have expertise in M.S. Excel / Power point - Hands n experience of systems viz. IMS, IATF / Five S Behavioral Competencies: - Excellent team player - Good Communication skills Professional Competencies : - Good presentation skills.
