Job description : POSITION : Assistant/Deputy Manager – Marketing – RC01 division (Polymer Composite business) - LOCATION : Mumbai DEPT : Sales & Marketing – RC01 (Polymer Composite) REPORTING TO : DGM-Corporate Strategy & Finance/Business Head (He also heads above division in terms of business) MUST QUALIFICATION : BE / BSc. / MSc. / in polymer science / chemistry ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION : Preferred MBA in marketing EXPERIENCE : 5 to 6 year experience as Industrial engineering & selling new concept and products in uncharted markets INDUSTRY :. Exposure in commercial transport / shipping / construction would be preferred PREFERRED GENDER : Male AGE : 27-35 LATERAL RELATIONSHIP - Operations / Purchase / Projects / HR& Admin / Finance EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP- Customers / Dealers KEY DELIVERABLES - · Sales & marketing of composite products · Develop new application for the composite products by working closely with end industry · Sales management with key accounts and direct customers (India/Export) · Order planning – monthly and quarterly · Receivables collection · Understanding technical requirements of customers · Developing market intelligence · Preparing MIS and coordination with plants TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: · Knowledge of extrusion (preferred) · Knowledge of polymers and rubber · Exposure in Commercial transport / Shipping BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: · Ability to market new concept in uncharted area · Aggressive to achieve the sales · Team player PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES : · Techno commercial marketing · Good verbal / written skills · Ability to prepare MIS (Excel / PPT) COMPENSATION RANGE : (INR) – 8-10LPA
