| Job description | : Position : Sr. Officer /Asst. Manager Production/Dy. Manager - Production. Location : Solpaur (Chincholi plant) Dept : Production. Reporting to : Plant Head No. of Reportees : 16 supervisors Must Qualification : B.E. (Mech / Chem / Polymer) Experience : 10 to 12 years Industry : Rubber / polymer manufacturer Preferred Gender : Male Age : 30-35 years Lateral Relationship - With other functional Heads, Maintenance/Raw Material/ HR/ Stores External Relationship - To coordinate with Sales Team at HO. Key Deliverables - - Plant and achieve monthly Production Budget - To schedule production processes as per requirements of final product. - To ensure availability of raw material, machines & manpower. - Ensure final products are conforming to the customer requirements. - Constantly look for ways for improvements in processes. - Impart SOP/ Safety related training. Technical Competencies: - Should be able to manage overall activities of Production Dept. - Must have expertise in M.S. Excel / Power point - Hands n experience of systems viz. IMS, IATF / Five S Behavioral Competencies: - Excellent team player - Good Communication skills Professional Competencies : - Good presentation skills. |
