Team: Process Excellence (PEX) Reporting to PEX Head Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Process Mapping: Design processes AS-IS and TO-BE using BPMN notation. Process Audit: 2 times in a year for both India and Overseas locations (ISO and ICFR). Process Performance Measurement & Analytics: Management Reports/dashboards through BI tool. Digital Transformation Initiatives: Digitize and Automate existing processes. Training & Development: Relevant to above. Minimum Requirement: Qualification - Post Graduate with min 5 years experience in Shipping Industry. Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Lean Six Sigma, and any BI (analytics) software. Optional Certification: PMP certification, and Business Analyst Certification. |
