| Job description | : POST Manager: Quality Assurance – SES A: EXPECTATIONS 1. To lead the quality team. 2. To lead the unit towards world class manufacturing through kaizens & Business Excellence as to achieve expected quality and customer satisfaction. 3. To move towards Business Excellence Models. B: QUALIFICATION  BE (Mech.) / Production ,or Diploma in Mech.. C: EXPERIENCE  Min 5 to 7 years out of which at least 3 years at Asst managerial level with reputed manufacturing organization into pressure vessels, process equipments, surface preparation equipments, Machine Tool, etc. D: SKILLS: 1) Technical /Functional : 1. Inspection of quality parameters like welding, machining, assemblies and general fabrication. 2. Must have thorough understanding of various measuring instruments, measurement techniques. 3. Experience in Reliability studies / Tests / Validation of prototypes. 4. Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 / QS 9000 / TS 16949 5. Exposure to kaizen & Business Excellence 2) Managerial: 1.
