Job description : Date: 22nd Feb 2017 Job Description: Front Office Executive - Allcargo Logistics Ltd. • Job Title: Front Office Executive • Reporting to: Manager- Administration • Level: Executive/ Sr. Executive • Location: Mumbai • Minimum Qualification: Any graduate • Desired Qualification: Master degree (Preferred) • Age: 25 to 35 Years • Required experience range: 4 to 6 Years • Targeted industry: Open (Logistics is preferable) • Special skills required : MS Excel and PowerPoint, Good communication and presentable • Offered CTC: 4.00 to 5.50 Lacs Purpose: To manage the reception area, visitors/calls and other reception related activities and ensure upkeep of the reception area. Roles and Responsibilities • Welcome visitors and guests and direct them as required • Ensure upkeep of reception area • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide necessary assistance in organizing outgoing calls both STD and ISD etc. • Maintain and update contact detail database • To attend visitors in a polite and pleasant manner and respond to the queries. • To handle meeting room/conference room booking requests across all the floors and maintain record of the same • To ensure that office decorum is maintained in reception area. • To organize the welcome bouquet for new joinees and special guest at the reception. • To lodge complains and follow up with the EPBX vendor to ensure the faults are rectified immediately. • Segregate all the government related letter form inward courier and inform concern person via email, maintain record of the receipt and issued detail of all such letters • Coordinate with other verticals/department for resolution of all telephone related queries/problems • Maintain record of payment made against invoice of electricity and telephone connections • Maintain extension list for all the floors and assist admin team in activities as and when required Desired Candidate’s Profile: • Any graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in managing front desk including calls (incoming/outgoing), meeting rooms booking, coordination with visitors and internal stakeholders • Presentable with good communication skills and flexible • Should have worked in corporate and good in coordination and if need be, administration activities
