| Job description | : Basic Job Description  Retention of Key Business allocated to KAM.  Deep selling with existing customers by probing for new sectors and exploring new opportunities.  KPI review to be conducted with customer once in a month.  Visiting customers on a weekly basis and develop strong rapport with them.  Followup with customers for payments. Ensure that all invoices are submitted and approved by customer before due date so that payment can be cleared within credit period.  Delivering the agreed budgets.  Sorting out customer related issues / handling escalations. |
