| Job description | : Below is the JD of the Manager / Deputy Manager Accounts at RO office. CA / Inter CA with around 5 years of experience in MIS / Budgeting / Accounts, capable of handling multi locational reports in MNC environment Job Profile - Preparation and review of monthly MIS and reports and carried out variance analysis and present it to management. - Preparation of annual budget and forecast in coordination with various department and location. - Supervise team of accountants at corporate office and manage day to day financial/accounting transactions. - To handle financial statements including Trial balance, Profit & Loss Account, Accounts Payables and Receivables Statement and Balance Sheets. - Review of Trial balance on regular basis an prepare monthly schedule. - Sound knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) etc. and it's execution. - To handle Vendor reconciliation, Cash reconciliation & Bank reconciliation and consolidation reports in Compliance with time and accuracy norms. - To monitor the Internal Financial Controls and take corrective action to manage any deviations. - Should have working experience of SAP - Good Analytical skills - Knowledge of advance Excel - VLookup, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Macros, charts, Advance Excel Formulas Count if, And, If, Round Up, Sub Total, Averages, Mail Merge etc Location -Mumbai |
