| Job description | : Title - GM - QA Experience - Above 20 years CTC - 16.5 to 18.5 lakhs p.a Job Description: Heading the QA Department. Green sand / Cold Box / Shell Sand control & testing. Must have experience in cylinder Head & Block. Lab - Control, QMS, Documentation and control. Fixing Standards for making cores & Moulds. Standards for Melting section. Inspection System through out the plant. Customer Complaints & Analysis & Rectification. Training of Staff Improvement of Quality at all stages. Knowledge of SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 7 QC Tools etc., Knowledge of ISO, QS & TS systems & maintaining coordination with Central calibration lab & CMR Knowledge of control of QMS documents Knowledge of conducting IQA & MRM’s, assisting the departments with respect to QMS & assisting QA for Customer correspondence. |
