| Job description | : Job Title : Manager / Deputy Manager Accounts Job Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai CA / Inter CA with around 5 years of experience in MIS / Budgeting / Accounts, capable of handling multi locational reports in MNC environment Job Profile - Preparation and review of monthly MIS and reports and carried out variance analysis and present it to management. - Preparation of annual budget and forecast in coordination with various department and location. - Supervise team of accountants at corporate office and manage day to day financial/accounting transactions. - To handle financial statements including Trial balance, Profit & Loss Account, Accounts Payables and Receivables Statement and Balance Sheets. - Review of Trial balance on regular basis an prepare monthly schedule. - Sound knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) etc. and it's execution. - To handle Vendor reconciliation, Cash reconciliation & Bank reconciliation and consolidation reports in Compliance with time and accuracy norms. - To monitor the Internal Financial Controls and take corrective action to manage any deviations. - Should have working experience of SAP - Good Analytical skills - Knowledge of advance Excel - VLookup, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Macros, charts, Advance Excel Formulas Count if, And, If, Round Up, Sub Total, Averages, Mail Merge etc Interested candidates can send their updated word format resume along with these details to shashi@busisol.net Total Experience : current CTC : Expectation : Notice Period : For further details please feel free to call on : 080-48145260 / 080-48145261 / 080-48145263 / 080-48146221 (Ms. Shashi Narayan) |
