Job description | : Job Title : Account Assistant Job Location : Kalina, Santcruz Qualification : B. Com Experience : 1-2 years Understanding of basic Email communication is required Job Profile : 1. Booking of Expense & Revenue Invoices 2. Payment & Receipt Entry 3. Preparation of NEFT/Cheque for Employee Reimbursement & Vendor Payments 4. Bank Reconciliation. 5. Assisting in year-end Books of Accounts Closure process. 6. Billing Preparation in the system. 7. Processing of all claims in (Baz& Add on) Web based Applications 8. Maintaining all the Books & Files 9. Monthly Preparation of TDS & GST Payable working. 10. Follow up of Debtors O/s 11. Assisting in Assessment work. 12. Any other work as required by Management to be carried out.
