Job description | : POSITION TITLE : Sales Executive – Asst. Manager DEPARTMENT : Sales LOCATION : Mumbai, India OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential and commercial projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : · To attend the Telephone and walk in customers. · Showing them the various project details and handling for their Site visits. · Follow-ups. · Final negotiation. · Payment collection. · Payment follow-ups till possession of the flat. · Responsible for solving Customer queries and flat / property related matters. · Maintaining the customer’s relationship. · Included daily MIS, and monthly Sales. · Flat inspection with the site in charge. · Verification and flat valuation for varies banks, Market Survey reports, etc. · Apart from these Execution of Agreements, Stamp Duty, Registration. · Issuing the payment demand notes. · Payment follow-ups. · Home Loan process and co-coordinating with different banks for loans and disbursement project approvals & other Documentations. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS : Knowledge : · A vibrant personality with leadership skills. · Ability to build relationships based on trust and integrity. · Strong Knowledgeable about property sales. · Excellent communication skills. · Good negotiation & networking skills. · Should have an out of box thinking and ability to solve problems creatively. · Good numerical ability. · Should be willing to put in extra effort to complete the sale. · Should be multi-tasking. JOB SPECIFICATION (Include essential Competencies, skills and Personality attributes) of the incumbent Qualification : Graduate/ MBA Years Of Experience : 2– 5 Years Previous Experience ESSENTIAL: Knowledge of sales & marketing. DESIRABLE: Any other Co. in similar field. Target Companies Any other sector or Construction. COMPENSATION 4.0 – 6.0 Lacs Required a manpower for our sales team , as we are looking for Sr. level as well as Jr. level also, who can have good experience into real estate sector with good communication skills , depth knowledge of real estate, hardcore sales & result oriented person. |
