Job description : Job Title : Key Accounts Manager, Sales Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai Industry : Shipping / Liner Any Graduate Experience : 5-7 years Job Description : • To maintain and develop existing customers and untapped markets and commodities • To ensure strict compliance of local laws and regulations • To ensure strict compliance of Company guidelines & policies • Constant review of working processes and improving productivity and efficiency • Identification of additional cost saving potentials • Ensure to grow the HL market position in India and have regular and open communication with HQ Mumbai about Sales, CS, Operational and BA issues to develop and maintain the most profitable market position for HL in India • Identification and if approved , develop new business opportunities • Develop, Support and assist office team members in all aspects ensuring team work • Regular monitoring of performance and ensure budget is being met or overachieved • Ensure to deliver with the office team top quality service to customers to allow HL a profitable growth • Achieve individual volume & revenue Sales targets set for the trade / location. Responsible for 40’, Light weight project • Responsible to grow consolidation market share • Identify sales leads and initiate / take action to win business • Prepare weekly volume evolution of 40’ and consolidations • Actively work towards developing business for ALL Trades export & import • Direct customer contact, proactive and reactive • Visit customers & determine SOP for their business as required • Input into CRM-system profile and details • Finalization of load lists • Analyzing on a regular basis customer data from FIS and Qlikview • Customer Potential Evaluation (Short / Long-term forecast) • Account plan and visit preparation • MR planning • Analyze and work on Sales funnel • Target opportunity identification • Prepares data about customer financial situation and credibility • Conclude contracts / rate agreements (proposal, negotiation, closing) • Equipment forecast by analyzing the past performance and market conditions • Monitors out standings and payments of customers • Close follow up on import long standing containers & follow up with customers for early • Coordination with CSB, sales Support Desk on daily basis on bookings, customer follows ups etc • Coordination with Finance and ops Dept. on issues related to payment, outstanding and operational matters. • Roll-over communication (Full-Ship-Situation) • Provide weekly market update on the current market scenario • Actively participate in sales lead follow ups with the respective load ports • Work towards actively developing new customers on board with HL • In line with the objective set work at developing specific commodity markets • Work towards increasing the volume & revenue , to meet overall HL objectives • Analyze competition information & work towards getting new customers on board with HL • Help resolve customer / business related disputes & issues as & when they arise in the benefit of HL Critical Qualifications / Skills / Experience Industry Knowledge • 8-12 years industry and management experience in transportation industry • Expert knowledge of Sales and Marketing required Business Systems/IT • Strong knowledge of data quality importance, T&T, steering, etc. • Expert knowledge of user application systems (FIS, MS Office, Word, Excel) • Knowledge of user application systems (FIS, Qlikview (if applicable) • Process knowledge & systems support optimization • EQ process and system reengineering • Ability to promptly process data and request under pressure • Understanding of data quality benchmarking and management Communication/Organization Skills • Communicative and ability to take initiative • Good command of written and spoken English • Effective time management and planning skills • Knowledge of interactions with other functions, CSB, CSI, TD • Ability to close a sale • Good communicator and listener • Negotiation skills • Building relationships • Work actively with the rest of the team to meet HL common goals • Proactive • Develop a sense of enthusiasm & team spirit Interested candidates can send their updated word format resume along with these details to shashi@busisol.net Total Experience : Current CTC : Expectation : Notice Period : For further details please feel free to call on : 080-48145260 / 080-48145261 / 080-48145263 / 080-48146221 (Ms. Shashi Narayan)
