| Job description | : Responsibilities • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices • Developing and implementing open source web applications using MVC architecture • Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs • Create and maintain software documentation • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities • Cooperate with other developers, web designers and software professionals. • Market research, Evaluate, assess and recommend software solutions. • Involved in developing architecture, specifications, technical interfaces, plan or design for the software-based solution • Develop new software solutions and in-production application improvements • Software deployment, maintenance and bug fixing Qualifications • 5-10 years of experience in the software development with atleast 5 years of experience working in Python and Django. • Expertise in Object Oriented Programming , preferred Languages Python/Haskell/R • Knowledge in web development and MVC architecture. • Good knowledge of modern HTML/CSS • Expertise in Linux platform, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, Nginx/Apache. • Expertise in developing and implementing open source web applications using MVC architecture • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL , MySQL) • Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques. |
