Job description	: • Job Title:AM/DM- Taxation • Reporting to: Manager- Taxation • Level: M 10/M 9 • Location:Mumbai • Minimum Qualification: Graduate/ Qualified CA • Desired Qualification: Graduate/ Qualified CA • Age: 25 to 32 Years • Required experience range: 4 to 5 Years • Targeted industry: Logistics Preferred • Offered CTC: 10- 12 Lacs Purpose: To manage the Direct Tax matters & compliances for the company. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Experience in handling transfer pricing, Transfer pricing audit, Transfer pricing assessment and Transfer pricing compliance. 2. Statutory Compliances of all Direct Tax matters i.e. Computation of income tax and deferred tax 3. Timely and accurate accounting of Tax. 4. Handling Audit, Assessments & Litigations for Company Tax matters. 5. Consulting Tax consultants for seeking advice on tax matters. 6. Setting up processes for appropriate tax compliance. 7. Participating in the Quarterly Accounts Finalization and audit process w.r.t Fixed Assets consolidation and tax matters. Desired Candidate’s Profile: 1. Chartered Accountant with 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience with at least 5 years full time experience in Tax function. 2. Candidates from Service / Logistics Industry would be preferred.
