| Job description | : Job Title : Customer Service Executive Reporting to : Customer Service Manager Job Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai Any Graduate 4-7 years experience Shipping/ Logistics / Freight forwarding • Analyse daily demand & supply, identify gaps & take corrective actions to achieve no short shipment- as per APO timelines • Adherance to Company procedures such as APO Timelines, Damage recurrence, Early de-hire etc. • Timely upload of Sales order and Shipment Confirmation in the system through EDI • Meeting with the customers assigned. • Monitoring inventory ageing at customer locations covering India and sub-continent. • Put necessary controls and measures in place for reducing damage instances • Preparing sales contracts for trial and commercial bin management. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Data validation in the system for EH calculation. • Data validation in the system for Damage billing calculation • Good Inter-personal skills to liaise with internal and external customers. • Good analytical skills and time management skills. • Minimum graduate qualification and good command over English (spoken and written) • Strong sense of responsibility with a positive attitude. • Committed, proactive and willingness to learn • Problem solving skills and learning from problems to ensure the same is not repeated. • Strong team player and share best practises. 1. Good communication skills – verbal and written English 2. Good analytical skills – knowledge of Excel and doing analysis 3.
