Job description | : This position has the responsibility to provide customer service support to the customers assigned in the country, to closely assist the Customer Service Manager on the weekly demand supply plan, engaging with packers / end users and ensuring timely collection of IBC’s, ensure all Sales Orders are timely and accurately uploaded in the system and executed by Operations on a timely basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reconciliation of stock cards against system inventory to assigned Packers / Consignee’s and to ensure accuracy. Physical Reconciliation with packer/consignee for stock count. · Perform shipment confirmation and ASN for proper recording of bins movements. · Provide support to Customer Service Manager on computation of Usage days and extended hire. · Analyse daily demand & supply, identify gaps & take corrective actions to achieve no short shipment- as per APO timelines · Adherance to Goodpack procedures such as APO Timelines, Damage recurrence, Early de-hire etc. · Timely upload of Sales order and Shipment Confirmation in the system through EDI · Meeting with the customers assigned. · Monitoring inventory ageing at customer locations covering India and sub-continent. · Put necessary controls and measures in place for reducing damage instances · Preparing sales contracts for trial and commercial bin management. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed · Data validation in the system for EH calculation. · Data validation in the system for Damage billing calculation. REQUIREMENTS: Good Inter-personal skills to liaise with internal and external customers. Good analytical skills and time management skills. Minimum graduate qualification and good command over English (spoken and written) Strong sense of responsibility with a positive attitude.
