| Job description | : Job Profile : Payroll Executive Designation : Associate Payroll Executive Location : Mahalaxmi (Mumbai) Experience : 2 to 5 years exp Budgeted CTC: Rs. 2.5 Lakhs to Rs. 4 Lakhs / Per Annum Job Description : This position will be responsible for ensuring seamless process delivery of Payroll related processes (Indian Payroll). 1. Perform payroll process and capture activities including reconciliation, monthly payroll processing. 2. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area that he/she is going to handle. 3. Handling Tax implications related to salary. 4. Maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn. 5. Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired profile of the Candidate: · The incumbent should be a Graduate preferably B.Com or equivalent. · Excellent team player with strong inter-personal skills · Must have sound written / oral communication skills. · Systems knowledge preferred of Excel and other MS applications. |
