Job description : Position: TSI Location Hubli, Tumkur, Mysore, Mangalore, Reporting to: ASM Dept.: Sales Duties • Will be fully responsible for the entire sales and marketing activities in the areas allotted to you. • All brands / packs are to be distributed in retail outlets. It is necessary to increase distribution across the area. • Should have the complete knowledge about the main distributors of the territory allotted to you. Day-to-day interaction with Distributors, subsequent feedback to be received continuously. With the result you would be able to extend distribution even in the villages. • Should maintain at least one visit to the Main Distributor (in allotted area) every month. If necessary, 2/3 visits should be made.. • Problems, if any, to be solved amicably in consultation with immediate superior. • Reports about increase of distribution / sales to be intimated to the superiors, as per required frequency. • In order to get the complete market scenario, you will have to visit markets with the representative of Distributors as well as alone as per the guidelines given. Competitors' activities to be updated on daily basis and to be forwarded. • The instruction given by Sales Officers should be adhered to. • Develop new areas and given more attention to the weak areas to get required result. • Proper use of POP material (posters, danglers, etc.) should be made in the area allotted to you. Any promotional activities organized by the company should be implemented as per the guidance (in all these activities dealers should be motivated and involved equally by you ). • A monthly Report about the market activities to be submitted in a stipulated time and the same should be discussed with your superiors. • Regular feedback about Distributors' activities should be submitted and in case of any default proper steps may be taken, in consultation with superiors (including remittance). • Over and above if any other responsibilities entrusted to you by your superiors should be followed. • Any other assignment from time to time
