| Job description | : Job Title : BBT - Finance Manager Job Location : Bahrain Reporting to: Business Head Payroll: Permanent Visa Status: Family Professional: • Strong business communication skills. • CA / MBA / PG Finance from reputed institutes • 5 – 6 years PQE • Prefer PQE in marine / industrial / construction / logistics / infrastructure / projects. Job description: • Lead Business Finance function – Cash flows, Forex management, Reporting, Accounting, Investments, Compliance, Audits, and Debt cost. • Accountable for Business Control function – Governance, Asset yields, Tax, Cost, Revenue, Profitability. • Assist in financial strategy, investment scenarios, new business modelling & risk / return assurance • Assist in Board functions – MIS, Compliance, and Reporting. • Oversee Departmental training & succession pipeline. • Map & execute technology & automation in relevant Finance functions. • Contribute to innovation & thought leadership • Oversee the work of IT & outsourced legal functions. Expected key result areas (KRA): • Profitability & cash flows as per approved Business Plan. • Cost as per BP & international contemporary benchmarks. • Enhance governance standards & compliance. • Coaching & mentoring team to targeted competencies. • Reliability of new business IRR models & accurate risk mapping. • Adherence to audit & compliance standards. • Minimize legal liabilities • Enhance automation levels to assigned degree.
