Job description | : Job Title : Customer Service Manager, ILS West India Job Location : Kanjurmarg, Mumbai This position is responsible for overall customer service and documentation management performance for West region / branch ILS operations including buyer’s consolidation (CNS) & freight forwarding (IFS) across all major operational locations in India . The position assists the country head / region operations head to direct and support activities in the country to achieve customer service excellence , internal / customer KPI management , team management and other key service delivery initiatives including productivity management , performance management , account receivable management , organizational development , talent management , support key peers in operations / service quality ; and cultivates productive relationships with related stakeholders to ensure long-term broadening and deepening of the service excellence objectives in the services and processes deployed to meet customers demand for high quality, dependable, and efficient logistics services. CTC : Rs. 15.00 to 18.00 Lakh p.a.
