| Job description | : We need an experienced person from the Sesame seed Hulling Industry, with at least hands on experience in the below points with minimum 5 Years’ experience preferred to have 7-8 Years plus experienced personal. The position has to run the Hulling Plant independently and manage all the processing, operations, staff, raw material and export. Thorough Knowledge in operating and managing Sesame Cleaning machines Hulling machines / Technique (Dry & Aqua) Controlled usage of Caustic and HP in the hulling procedures Dryer (temperature/ moisture control) Dry huller and Dryer Maintenance Cooler Sieving techniques according to the Size of Seeds Quality analysis methods of input and output (Final Product) Maintenance and cleanliness of the plants (minimized usage of Spares) Knowledge on Fumigation in Raw Material Color Sortex machines Packing materials Shipping and container Stuffing Analytical skills to run the Hulling at the most efficient in terms of process loss and cost effective way Effective Reporting In-depth knowledge in industry standards and procedures ( like ISO, Halal, FDA……) Primary base location - Nacala in Mozambique. Flexible to travel in Africa and support other locations if needed. |
