| Job description | : Customs Clearance Activities: - Customs Tariff and CTH Knowledge Preparation of checklist - Air & Sea Import Documents in Live Impex & Visual Impex Keep tracking of daily pre-alerts with our branches Filing documents / shipment tracking through Ice gate. Co-ordinate with the branches & client regarding the shipment. Coordinate day to day activity of all the operational work with the operation Team. Co-ordinate with the Airlines, shipping lines & CFS for the charges Preparing the documents to collect the delivery order from lines. Handling queries related to services & documentation for Air & Sea Import consignments. Implementing client new requirements in operations by formulating procedures and processes. Ensuring timely delivery of pre /post shipment documents, information and reports. To update DSR in system & send dispatch report to Clients Documents despatch to the customer |
