| Job description | : Target on the product wise market and Sectors performance of USA and Europe Sectors of Coir and Gherkin Products • Sent sales leads to agents to get FOB shipments, add new customers on board, visit regional customers. • Generate volume based on target, make customer visits, retaining the customers, generate revenue. • No bad debts and collect payments within credit period. • Negotiate with shipping lines, clients to get the business in our favor. • Target achieving the volume of 60%. The revenue percentage is 4% to 10%. With average 60% of job payment with 15 Days credit / Immediate Payment. • Customs Visit personally and thru tele calls for the appointment of the new client. • Retaining customers with good services levels of each shipment. • Tracking on the collection details and updating for the records. Ensure to collect the KYC Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
