Job description : • Generate business leads internally and externally. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. • Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/ negotiate offered services. • Responsible for overall profitability of the respective branches in the region. • Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base • Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts. • Responsible for the performance and development of team • Create and manage the branch's strategic plan • Develop and maintain best business practices. • Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building. • Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts • Drive both revenue and margin growth across vertical Candidate with 15-20 years of experience in freight forwarding/ISO Tank sales is mandatory.
