| Job description | :  Knowledge of UK payroll and tax would be an added advantage.  Appealing personality with good communication skills.  Processing various inputs in the system (Deductions, Overtime, Bonus, etc..)  Co–ordinating with the Master of the vessel for the deductions taken by the employees  Ofpers related to new starts, termination, leave liquidation, etc. to be processed.  Preparing Full n Final Settlement (BOW’s) for the Off signers.  Weekly or Month end reporting.  Handling payroll queries.  Responsible for timely payment of the wages.  Completing various payroll tasks as per deadlines.  Ensuring that all the processes and principles are followed.  Co-ordinating with other departments.
