| Job description | : Provide advanced technical support via phone, portal or in person Focuses on 2nd/3rd line applications support - SQL, .Net Stack (ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript) - being the bridge between 1st line support and the Development team in an Agile/Scrum environment Manage and resolve incidents, requests and problems within set SLAs - communicating effectively with customers Handle functional and customer escalations Identify root cause Ensure knowledge articles are created, validated and published Create technical documentation Identify scope for or items for inclusion in service improvement plans Responsible for keeping skillset up to date with the relevant emerging technologies outside and within the organisation, either by Comply with the Companys health, safety, environmental and quality assurance policies and procedures.
