Job description	: Job Title : Finance Manager – South Asia Job Location : Mumbai This role exists to undertake the financial reporting of Revenue & Operations and SGnA costs. It also provides financial supports to the business units and stakeholders and actively involved in budgeting and forecasting processes which includes key performance measurements, financial analysis, presentations and process review. Incumbent should have good number sense coupled with keen interest in the business 1) Managing the monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting and budgeting process 2) Preparing templates for budget and forecast; 3) Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly & quarterly management reports; 4) Preparing monthly & quarterly presentation packages and ad hoc request when needed; 5) Liaise with Internal Auditors and Country Stakeholders for queries related to the region and timely closure of open audit points 6) Monitor AR balances and ensure that there are no long overdue receivables 7) Monitor DSO for the country and region on Periodic Basis 8) Follow up and ensure AR KPI’s (in % and DSO days) are met with 9) Review unbilled receivables on a periodic basis 10) Ensure timely write backs of long credit balances on a periodic basis 11) Ensure the customer accounts are tagged as LC (Legal Cases) in the system once the Legal Suit is filed in the Court of Law 12) Follow up and ensure location mapping to cost centres and country mapping to OCR’s 13) Overall review of PBC / BOBJ Reports (Ops View) before and after closure of the Period / Month 14) To ensure periodic accrual for Customer Management Fees (Example Nike) 15) Ensure Periodic Performance Reports are submitted by IILPL and Vascor India 16) Timely submission of RMR report by Day 8 to Corporate Office 17) Review and upload the Volume File for IFS and CNS (on Share point) and submit CLS Volumes to Corporate Office on a Periodic Basis 18) Review, Analyse and upload PS View Report Files (404020) on Share point 19) Generate Reports from BPC on Periodic Basis and upload on share point (EBIT, SG&A, OIE, Ops. View, PS View, Sales View at Customer level) 20) Prepare Periodic EBIT PS View P & L by Country and Region for Management Review and Global Call. Compare Budget vs actuals and prior year 21) Respond to queries from Corporate as and when required 22) Review and Comment on SIP as and when required 23) Review request for New Cost Centre 5-7 years of audit and/or commercial experience; preferably with Logistics exposure Good grounding of accounting knowledge in relation to full set P&L. Sound numeric skills with a good analytic mind set. IT competent especially in areas of Excel. Inquisitive mind and team player.
