| Job description | : Job Type: GM (Financing & Accounting) Location: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 15 Years CTC – 20 Lac Job Responsibility : · Overall responsible for Principal accounts / reporting / remittance and over all control for all India operations of a principal. · Assisting in statutory audit / GST audit / Internal audit for same. · Vendor rate negotiation / rate finalization / contract / recording of Inward bills with contracted rates and payments of same after GST compliance and Principal Guidelines. · Port / terminal / Concor / CFS and vendor payment process and reconciliations at regular interval. · Managing fund flow of line in India – handling of receivable and payable bank. · Sales / Invoicing / GST applicability / Credit control / outstanding control liaise with branches and sales team for recovery / remittance to principal. · Principal / foreign company related tax issues / Transfer pricing / DTAA matter handling / GST matters / Vessel voyage and annual Income tax return and assessments of principal / Filing of Monthly and yearly GST returns for Principal etc. |
