| Job description | : Position : Customer Service Exe ( Export & Import ) ( Candidate have Exp in Container Liner Industries ) Location : Gujarat , Mumbai Duties & Responsibilities : 1) Bookings - Releasing bookings for FIL service - Booking Follow up with customer for timely empty pick up for stuffing and offloading at CY - OOG approval request with OOG centre / vessel or FDR operator - Booking Split / Combine basis customer request - Container linking / Delinking basis customer request 2) REPORTS - FIL - Load plan /CBF / FLA / Final Loading Report - FIL - SID report to YMT - Weekly Report to YMT - Vessel wise and Monthly TDR report to statistics provider 3) New Customer Registration - Collecting KYC documents - Customer code creation - User ID activation - Sales code mapping 4) Vessel schedule - Sending FIL vessel carting to customers - Sending schedules based on customer request - Space request to space management team 5) shut out /Roll over process - Amending vessel in the Bookings - Sending roll over message to customer - Providing roll over/planning list to operation team 6) Mail queries - Customer Queries - Coordinating with FDR/Vsl operator for space - COD request - BL release pending follow up with customers Regards, Ranjith Call - 9345877893 Mail : ranjith@busisol.net |
