| Job description | : Position: Manager - Retail Operations Location Mumbai Reporting to: GM - Retail Operations Dept.: Retail Operations Duties • Manage existing outlets in multiple cities run by outsourced agencies. • Identify newlocations and potential markets for opening new outlets. • Negotiate termsand conditions with each outsourced agency & ensure smooth running of outlets. • Maximise sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuringthat standards are met as well as delivering sales/profit targets. • Propose & manage a team of internal operations personnel. " • Recruitment/training of team members." • Accept responsibilty for all sales, key performance indicators, marketing calendar etc. as per business plan. • Set merchandising and pricing strategies in line with local market place. • Ensure compliance with the legal requirements and trading terms & conditions. Desired Profile: Qualification : Graduation in Management/Hotel Management Experience : 5-8 yrs of relevant experience CTC Range - 5-8 LPA Age - 28 to 35 yrs with good communication skills Targeted companies - CCD, Barista, Rajdhani, Havmor, any other company having multiple retail outlets especially Food & Beverages or resturant/Cafe type. |
