| Job description | : Position : HEAD – CONTRACT LOGISTICS Exp : 12+ Years Industry Preferred : 3PL / Warehouse CTC : Upto 30 Lpa Location : Mumbai Responsibilities : BUSINESS + PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT -Promotes customer relations, acquires new business, develops the existing client base and leads the account management -Directs the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing and service offering) -Creates and executes investment plans in line with the commercial targets for additional facilities and resources -Monitors market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.) OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE Manages and continuously improves contract logistics / 3PL operations by implementing standard processes CONTROL OF FINANCIAL RESULT Creates and monitors the annual budget, initiates corrective actions in case of deviations HUMAN RESOURCES Selects, recruits and continuously reviews the performance of logistics key staff Promotes the development of talent and initiates business unit specific education and training Voice : 9345877893 Mail: ranjith@busisol.net |
