| Job description | : Job Description : The candidate will be responsible for the commercial P&L of the entire Hyderabad region - The candidate will be part of the field sales team which is responsible for handling SME clients for exports and imports through air and ocean and custom brokerage - The candidate will be responsible for generating new business by on-boarding new clients, as well as increasing the wallet size from the existing accounts - He/she will be responsible for maintaining and optimising gross profitability and sustaining volumes - The person would have three territory managers as direct reports and would be managing a team of around 10 sales professionals - The candidate will functionally report into the National Sales Head and administratively into the Regional head - The candidate will be responsible for cross team liaison with the other commercial verticals of the client profile. |
