| Job description | : Position: Manager – Indirect Taxation Experience: 8 – 10 years Job Location: Corporate Office, Hospet Qualification: Bcom/ Mcom/ ICWAI Preferred industries : Steel, Mines, Manufacturing. No Position: 1 Probable Salary Range: 08 -10 LPA Key Responsibilities: 1. Good subject knowledge in Excise, VAT & GST Acts & Rules. 2. Determination of periodic liabilities of various Profit centers / states under various companies , ensure timely payments after adjustment of input tax credit & filing of monthly/ Quarterly/Annual returns and other compliance reports within stipulated time frame for GST duly sync with books of accounts & free from errors . 3. Should have clear understanding of accounting controls. 4. Liasoning with tax authorities & handling various taxation related audits, assessments, appeal, litigations under pre & post GST regime. 5. Must be computer savvy with SAP knowledge. 6. Should have knowledge of EOU/ DGFT/SEZ / Customs etc. 7. Any other job assigned from time to time. |
