| Job description | : Roles and Responsibilities: Establishing and developing/managing relationship with Clients and providing excellent customer service. · Candidate must be able to develop strong business relationship within all levels of the Client’s company and with existing and potential clients. · To provide quotes to Client as well as negotiate with Shippers. To influence Clients to take steps that confers maximum benefits to the company. · Take ownership of Client’s issues and follow through till resolution. Convey company’s solutions to Client as well as provide customer support. · Responsible for handling Domestic as well as International Trade Exhibitions/Shows. Activity includes providing quotations , follow-up, preparing Load Sheet (Summary sheet), Insurance Request Forms and upload into the Company’s website. Draft bills for invoice generation for exhibitions/shows and arrange to send final bills to exhibitors. · Follow-up on Outstandings. Ø Knowledge and Skills : · The role is primary Indoor Sales activity. · Candidates must have good understanding of Sales Concept and techniques. · Excellent communication skills : via emails, phone, face to face, both verbal and written skills. · Ability to schedule daily activities in an optimal manner so as to handle multiple tasks. · Indepth PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. · Ability to work and contribute in a team oriented environment. Candidates must be graduates with minimum 2 years experience in Sales. MBAs will also be considered. Since the customers are primarily Gujaratis, only Gujarati candidates will be considered.
