| Job description | : Position Vacant AGM (Caustic-Chlorine) No. of Vacancies 1 (One) Job Description (Define bullet Points which depicts the Job Profile of the Candidate) · HOD of Caustic Plant Maintenance. · Maintenance of a large Caustic-Chlorine plant (750 TPD) including maintenance of Phosphoric Acid plant (100 TPD) · Day to day maintenance activities of rotary and stationary equipment like pumps, gearboxes, PHEs, tanks, vessels, belt conveyors, fans, blowers, piping, structures etc. · Project planning, Erection, Commissioning of new plant and equipment. · Overall responsible for quality of all the maintenance activities. · Leading the team of Managers and Engineers of Mechanical maintenance department. · Co-ordination with operation department and other cross functional team. · Experience in Maintenance of a wide spectrum of equipment’s and components. · Preventive, Predictive, Scheduled and Break down maintenance of all stationary and rotary equipment. · To lead respective plant from reactive to proactive maintenance culture so as to have mechanical reliability and integrity. · Technical Support, Material and Spares management with proper inventory control. · Installation and commissioning, Maintenance, Inspection and testing. · Energy conservation, Cost saving initiatives and troubleshooting skills with proven ability in efficient Maintenance of the plant. Key Skills · Head of Caustic-Chlorine plant maintenance Department. · Maintenance Management and Safety · Sound knowledge of Mechanical engineering. · Team Management (To handle the team of Caustic plant and PPA plant maintenance. · Plant reliability and availability to meet the Production targets. · Project planning, Erection, Commissioning of new plant and equipment. · SAP System, Spares Management, Material Management. Experience Range Around 30 yrs. Age around +50 yrs. Location Kalatalav, Bhavnagar. Industry Any Similar Industry Functional Area Caustic-Chlorine plant and PPA plant. Maintenance activities of all the stationary and rotating equipment of both the plant. Education Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Above Required Candidate’s Profile (Details of Candidate like expected candidature ,Specific Industry Experience, specific technology awareness etc. to be mentioned) Ø Preference for Caustic soda plant maintenance. Ø Knowledge to draw and read the drawings, lubrication, alignment, limit, fit & tolerances. Various MOC and its importance etc. Ø Best engineering practices. Ø Leading the team of engineers with collaborative team working. Ø Continuous guiding and leading for the long term sustainable improvements by doing de bottle necking jobs/ modifications. Ø RCM implementation and practice. Ø Planning and execution of major overhauling of static and rotating equipment Ø Fluent in English writing as well as speaking. Ø He must have experience to deal with team of expert engineers as well as leadership quality. Ø Knowledge of SAP PP/MM/PM modules. |
